Accommodation research and availability checks.
Supplier coordination for transfers, island tours and whale-watching excursions included in your brief.
A tailored itinerary and itemised quotation, with accommodation and tours/transfers presented separately where requested.
One round of revisions to the proposed itinerary.

Pay USD 350 online. Review the scope and terms below, then proceed to secure checkout. No invoice request is needed.
Share your group details. If you have already sent your itinerary brief, we will use it. Otherwise, send your travel dates, group size and preferences after payment.
Receive your tailored proposal. We check suppliers and prepare your itemised itinerary. One round of revisions is included; travel bookings are quoted and paid for separately.

One-off fee per group: USD 350 for the agreed planning brief, not per traveller and not a subscription.
Separate from your booking: the fee is not a travel deposit and is not credited toward your itinerary or final booking.
Non-refundable once planning begins: the fee pays for the planning work, whether or not you proceed with a booking.
One revision included: substantial changes or additional revisions may require a separate fee, agreed with you before further work starts.
Travel costs are additional: accommodation, transport, excursions and other booked services are excluded from this fee.
Availability is not guaranteed: paying the planning fee does not reserve rooms, boats or other services. Travel arrangements remain subject to availability and separate booking confirmation.
